As a signed-in Permutis user, you can prepare a withdrawal for cancellable contracts concluded online. This includes in particular subscriptions, credit packages and digital Permutis add-on services, where the statutory requirements are met.

Order number, payment ID or note Message I confirm that I am declaring the withdrawal for my own Permutis account and have checked the details.

After submission, Permutis must confirm receipt and review the request. The technical connection for automatic email/backend confirmation will be added server-side.

Permutis checks the period, service status and statutory exclusions.
