Choose your first item and describe your goal. On your public challenge page, others can see your current offer and the steps you have taken. Someone may have just what you need to move forward and be interested in your item.

Every swap needs to work for both of you

The community helps by offering suitable swaps. You decide together whether a swap works for you and discuss the details in the chat. No money changes hands between you.

How to go from your first item to the next suitable swap.

How it works

  1. 1. Pick a starting item

    Choose an active offer of your own as your starting point. Show the item in a photo and describe it honestly so others know what you can offer.

  2. 2. Define your goal

    Be specific about what you want to achieve, such as finding a bike for your commute. A clear goal makes it easier for others to suggest suitable swaps.

  3. Find the next step together

    Share your public challenge and look for suitable offers. Tell the AI assistant what you need for your next step. It can show you available offers. You decide which swap you want to propose.

  4. 4. Confirm the swap

    You confirm the trade in the app. Both sides must agree before the next step is unlocked.

  5. Record your progress

    The confirmed swap becomes part of your history. This lets others see which item you started with and what you can now offer.

  6. 6. Rate each other

    After each step both sides rate each other – 1 to 5 stars for overall impression, communication, accuracy and handover. Good ratings help the community.

  7. 7. Goal reached

    When you reach your goal, you can mark the challenge as completed. The documented swaps show how you got there. Share your story with the community.

Clear rules protect the Challenge. Violators are disqualified.

Rules

No money, no price

Money never flows between Challenge participants. Neither as a requirement nor as a voluntary extra to the trade. Violations lead to immediate disqualification and account ban.

Own active listings

You need at least one active listing of your own to start the Challenge. This keeps the format balanced – nobody swaps without contributing.

Two-sided confirmation

Each step only counts once both sides confirm the trade. Only then do you receive the points for the step.

Steps others can follow

Document the condition and handover carefully. Points are awarded when both parties confirm the swap.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, discuss it in the chat and contact support if needed. Challenges with an open dispute or one under investigation are not shown on the leaderboard.

Fairness & no spam

Fake profiles, multiple accounts and automated swap attempts are forbidden. Anyone deliberately abusing the format will be removed from the ranking.

How to earn points

Each challenge swap confirmed by both parties earns 10 points. This lets the leaderboard show completed steps. An AI suggestion alone is not a swap.

Seasons

Alongside the global leaderboard, there may be a ranking for a particular season. The selected filter determines which challenges you see. Your confirmed swaps remain recorded in your history.

Ranking & visibility

The leaderboard lets people compare the progress of publicly visible challenges based on confirmed swaps. Your preparation is saved as a private draft. Publishing makes your challenge public so that others can view your offer and history.

Who can join?

With Free, you can prepare your challenge. To publish it, you need an eligible account with an active offer of your own and a Plus, Pro or Champion plan.

Limits per plan

Plus allows one active challenge, Pro up to three and Champion an unlimited number. Any other challenges you have prepared stay pending until a space becomes available.

What does it cost?

No money changes hands between swap partners. Publishing a challenge is included in Plus, Pro and Champion. Paid platform extras are shown separately.

FAQ

Does the Challenge cost extra?
With Free, you can prepare a challenge. You need Plus, Pro or Champion to publish it. Swaps between members remain money-free; optional platform extras are shown separately.
What counts as a “goal”?
Choose an item you would like to work towards, such as a bike. In the challenge, you swap one item for another. Once you have reached your goal, you can mark the challenge as completed yourself.
Can I pause a Challenge?
You can pause your challenge and resume it later if you meet the participation requirements and your plan has a place available. You can still complete a handover you have already agreed on. If both parties confirm that swap, it counts towards your progress even while the challenge is paused.
What happens if a trade fails?
First discuss any unresolved questions with your swap partner in the chat, and contact support if needed. Challenges with an open dispute or one under investigation are not shown on the leaderboard.
Who can see my Challenge?
Once published, your public challenge can be accessed through a link. Others can see your current offer and your progress. Share the link with people who would like to support you. Private drafts are not public.
How is my progress shown?
Your challenge shows your current offer and confirmed history. You earn 10 points for every challenge swap confirmed by both parties. Publicly visible challenges can appear on the leaderboard.
How exactly can the community help me?
Share the link to your published challenge. Others can open your current offer and suggest a swap. Friends can also pass the link on. You decide whether a proposal fits your goal.
How do I use AI for my challenge?
Open the AI assistant and describe what you are looking for for your next step, such as a bike for everyday use. The assistant can suggest suitable available offers. It does not automatically use your saved challenge goal or carry out swaps for you.
Is my goal guaranteed?
No particular goal or fixed number of swaps is guaranteed. The community and AI can help you search. Whether a swap goes ahead is always up to the people involved.
