Yes. The Founder Pass is transferable and can be swapped inside Permutis if you receive a better offer for it.
Founder credits expire for the previous owner on the transfer date. Your purchased and earned credits and your regular offers remain available.
No. Once you have transferred your Founder Pass, you cannot get it back via Restore – not even through a later purchase.
No. There are no company shares, no voting rights, no security and no profit or value promise. The Founder Pass is a limited lifetime service package with a transferable membership pass.
No. Founder credits are a closed Permutis platform function. They cannot be paid out, cannot be exchanged for money and are not a means of payment outside Permutis.

Yes. You can buy credits anytime. The Founder top-up only brings your account up to 500 credits each month; it does not multiply credits without limit.
The Permutis backend (Supabase) decides your status based on the Stripe payment or a valid transfer. A change on the client has no effect.
