  2. Activation

    Your account receives Champion Lifetime, Founder status and the monthly credit top-up.

  3. Monthly top-up

    We check your Founder credit balance monthly and top it up to a maximum of 500 Founder credits if needed.

  4. Trade later if you want

    As Permutis grows, your limited Founder Certificate can become more interesting to other users. You can then swap it inside Permutis for a matching object or service. A specific swap value is not guaranteed.

What is the Permutis Founders Club?

A limited lifetime service package for early supporters: one-time 500 EUR, lifetime Champion access, monthly credit top-up and early access to new functions.

Why are there only 1,000 Founder Passes?

The status remains reserved for the first generation. The maximum of 1,000 passes will not be increased. Once all have been allocated, no additional passes will be issued.

Can I transfer my Founder Pass?

Yes. The pass is transferred within Permutis using a single-use transfer code. The previous holder loses Founder status and their Founder credits. The new holder receives the Founder benefits.

Can I swap my Founder Pass?

Yes, within Permutis for a suitable item, service or individual swap offer. The transfer uses a transfer code. A specific swap value or future demand is not guaranteed.

What happens to my Founder credits during a transfer?

Founder credits expire for the previous owner on the transfer date. Your purchased and earned credits and your regular offers remain available.

Can I get my Founder Pass back via Restore?

A membership that has already been transferred cannot be recovered by restoring an earlier purchase.

Is this an investment?

No. There are no company shares, no voting rights, no security and no profit or value promise. The Founder Pass is a limited lifetime service package with a transferable membership pass.

Is any future value guaranteed?

No. There is no guaranteed swap value, demand or increase in value. The Founder Pass is a service package, not a financial investment.

Can Founder credits be paid out?

No. Founder credits are a closed Permutis platform function. They cannot be paid out, cannot be exchanged for money and are not a means of payment outside Permutis.

Can I buy additional credits?

Yes. You can buy credits anytime. The Founder top-up only brings your account up to 500 credits each month; it does not multiply credits without limit.

What happens when all 1,000 passes have been allocated?

No additional Founder Passes will be issued. Existing passes remain transferable within Permutis.

Who decides whether I am a Founder?

The Permutis backend (Supabase) decides your status based on the Stripe payment or a valid transfer. A change on the client has no effect.
