Concept
Permutis is a swapping platform for goods and services. You bring in what you no longer need or what you’re good at – and find people whose offer matches your wish. Swipe, match, swap. Completely without money.

What you get on Permutis: honest profiles, clear rules, fair matches and a community that shares value instead of selling it. Permutis protects you from spam, money demands and abuse.
What Permutis is not
Not a marketplace, not a classifieds portal, not a sales platform. Money never flows between users. Anyone who demands a price breaks the rules and is removed.
From clicking on an offer to leaving a rating – seven clear steps, no price, no pressure.
Step by step
Sign up
Create an account with email and password, or sign in later to swap. You need at least one active offer before you can see other offers.
List an offer
Photograph an item or describe your service. Up to four images per offer. The AI assistant optionally helps with the title, description and category.
Swipe
In the Discover tab you see offers from your area. Swipe right if an offer interests you – left if not. You decide at your own pace.
Match
A match is created as soon as both sides show interest. The chat opens automatically and you can discuss handover, condition and wishes.
Chat
In the chat you sort out all the details directly. No personal data to third parties, no external messengers. Your chat stays on the platform.
Swap
At the meet-up you hand over your offers. Both of you confirm the completion in the chat – only then is the swap considered complete.
Review
After a completed swap, you rate each other. Ratings appear on the profiles and help the community.

Features in detail
Swipe feed
The Discover tab shows you offers by location, freshness and popularity. Already-swiped and your own offers are hidden. This keeps the feed fresh and surprising.
Card view
Every offer is a card with up to four images, a title, a short description, an approximate location and a profile badge. Tap the card for details and the wish list.
AI assistant
The AI agent creates a title, description and category from a photo automatically. It suggests suitable swap partners and helps you sharpen your offer – free in all plans.
Success boosts
With boosts you can highlight individual offers for 7 or 30 days, or place them on the home page. Boosts can be booked once with credits, separately from your plan.

Note: swapping between users is always free. Plans fund app features exclusively.
Comparison table
Free, Plus, Pro and Champion differ in the number of active offers, visibility and feature set. Important: swapping itself is free in all plans. Plans fund the platform and unlock convenience features.
Plus features
Unlimited own items, up to 10 open outgoing 1:1 offers, one active challenge with a queue, all advanced filters, automatic AI suggestions and detailed statistics.
Pro features
Unlimited offers, highest visibility, automatic re-publishing and pro-optimised AI texts. Pro is ideal for power users who want lots of matches.
Champion features
Your own trade-up landing page, a public success story, the Champion ranking and exclusive badges. Champion is for influencers and challenge participants who want to make their story visible.
How Permutis stays a safe community.
Safety & trust
Rating system
Ratings are only possible after a completed swap. You give stars for overall impression, communication, handover and punctuality. Profiles with many good ratings are trustworthy.
Reports
Report content, profiles or messages directly in the app. Permutis checks every notice and takes action – up to and including suspension. Money demands, spam and attempted fraud are removed consistently.
Verification
Verified profiles confirm identity and contact details. Pro and Champion users receive a visible badge. Verification creates trust, but does not replace your common sense.
Your data belongs to you.
GDPR & privacy
Your data
Permutis only processes the data needed for swapping: profile, offers, approximate location and messages. You always have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability (GDPR Art. 15–20).
Delete account
You can request the deletion of your account at any time. Fully automatic account deletion is in preparation. Until then, simply send an email to support.
Cookies
Necessary cookies are always active. We only set statistics and marketing cookies with your consent. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
Consents
We only ask for location, notifications and marketing emails with your active opt-in. You can revoke your consent at any time in the settings.
