  • Statuss

    Provider identification, a serviceable address and general contact channels are set out in the juridiskā informācija (Impressum). Šie noteikumi govern the relationship between Permutis as a technical platform and the persons who use the tīmekļa vietne, tīmekļa lietotne, mobilās lietotnes or connected services.

    Permutis nodrošina features for discovering, initiating, coordinating and documenting swaps.     In the event of conflicts within Permutis documents, more specific policies for individual features take precedence over general descriptions, provided they do not unfairly disadvantage users. Mandatory statutory rights, patērētāju tiesības and data protection rights remain unaffected.

    Supplementary notices may apply for individual features, in particular for app-store abonementi, payment providers, withdrawal, cancellation, trade-up challenges, privacy, cookies, the partner programme and support processes.

Kas drīkst izmantot Permutis un kad kontu var ierobežot vai slēgt.

  • Apturēšana un izbeigšana

    Permutis drīkst izmantot tikai by persons who are vismaz 18 gadu old and have pilna rīcībspēja. Legal entities or organisations may only use Permutis if the acting person is authorised to represent them and all information provided is accurate.

    Permutis nav paredzēta bērniem. Content, profiles, messages or offers that may endanger, specifically target, sexualise, exploit or place minors in unsafe situations ir aizliegti and var tikt nekavējoties noņemti.

  • Vecums un tiesībspēja

    An account may only be maintained with accurate, up-to-date and personal information. Lietotājiem jā keep their contact address reachable, because juridiskā informācijas, security alerts, support replies, contractual information and changes may be communicated electronically by email, app, tīmekļa vietne or in-app messages.

    Lietotāji nedrīkst operate accounts for suspended persons, create circumvention accounts or use automated access. Permutis var request evidence where verification, suspected abuse, the partner programme, payouts or security checks make this necessary.

    Lietotāji var aizvērt their account using the available features or via support. Open support cases, abuse investigations, statutory retention duties, payment records for platformas pakalpojumi or security reasons may require certain data to be retained temporarily.

    Permutis var restrict features, deactivate offers, reduce visibility, suspend or terminate accounts if users breach the law, these Terms, policies, security rules, challenge rules, privacy requirements or the no-money rule. In serious risk cases a measure may take effect immediately; in less serious cases Permutis var first warn or require remediation.

  • Credits

    Permutis ir paredzēts maiņām. Piedāvājums var būt prece, pakalpojums vai prasme. Pieļaujama maiņa pastāv, kad lietotāji brīvprātīgi vienojas apmainīt vienu piedāvājumu pret citu, bez tā, ka viens lietotājs pieprasa cenu vai naudas maksājumu no otra.

    Platforma atbalsta uzsākšanu, izmantojot profilus, piedāvājumus, kategorijas, swipe lēmumus, matchus un tērzēšanas. Match nozīmē tikai abpusēju interesi. Vai maiņa notiks, kāda nodošanas forma tiks izvēlēta un vai piedāvājums atbilst gaidām, iesaistītie lietotāji noskaidro uz pašu atbildību.

  • Maiņas loģika

    Lietotāji nedrīkst iestatīt cenas piedāvājumiem, formulēt pirkšanas aicinājumus, norādīt pārdošanas nosacījumus un pieprasīt naudu. Aizliegtas ir arī apiešanas, piemēram, «tikai pret samaksu», ārējās maksājumu saites, cenrāži attēlos, cenu norādes tērzēšanā, formulējumi «cena pēc vienošanās» vai atsauces uz ārējiem sludinājumiem un veikaliem.

    Permutis var tehniski filtrēt naudas, cenas vai pirkšanas/pārdošanas terminus, noraidīt saturu, deaktivizēt piedāvājumus, pārbaudīt tērzēšanas un ierobežot kontus, ja šādi termini tiek izmantoti kā piedāvājuma nosacījums vai pārdošanas nodoms. Šādu terminu minēšana noteikumos, brīdinājumos, atbalsta gadījumos vai juridiskajos tekstos joprojām ir atļauta, ja ir skaidrs, ka tie apraksta aizliegumu vai nošķīrumu.

  • Bez cenām, bez pirkšanas aicinājumiem

    Credits ir iekšējie platformas punkti, un tos nedrīkst izmantot kā pieprasītu pretizpildījumu lietotāja piedāvājumam. Sniedzējs tādēļ nedrīkst deklarēt, ka prece vai pakalpojums tiek mainīts tikai pret credits. Credits neaizstāj īstu maiņu un nedrīkst tikt izmantoti kā cena, aizstājējvalūta vai obligāts maksājums starp lietotājiem.

    Ārpus challenge maiņām credits drīkst minēt vai piedāvāt tikai brīvprātīgi un bez obligāta nosacījuma papildus īstam maiņas objektam. Tos nekad nedrīkst pieprasīt, izmantot kā maiņas piedāvājuma aizstājēju vai uzlikt kā nosacījumu maiņas veikšanai. Challenge maiņām piemēro stingrākus noteikumus: bez credits, bez naudas, bez papildu precēm un bez pakalpojumiem, ja attiecīgais challenge noteikums to paredz.

Credits nav piedāvājuma nosacījums

  • Aizliegumi

    Lietotājiem jā provide accurate, current and complete information where this is required for account, security, swap, verification or support. Access credentials must be kept confidential. Suspicious access, password loss or account misuse should be reported without delay.

    Accounts nedrīkst būt sold, rented, transferred, created in automated bulk or operated for third parties. Also prohibited are identity deception, false verification, profile imitation, circumvention of a suspension, manipulation of reviews, automated scraping, spam, bot use and any use that impairs the security or availability of the platform.

  • Konts un drošība

    Lietotāji ir atbildīgi par savu piedāvājumu virsrakstu, aprakstu, attēliem, kategoriju, stāvokli, pieejamību, saņemšanas vai nodošanas piezīmēm un likumību. Piedāvājumam jāapraksta patiesi tas, kas faktiski tiks mainīts. Defekti, ierobežojumi, trūkstoši piederumi, bojājumi, nolietojums vai pakalpojuma īpašie nosacījumi jānorāda pārskatāmi.

    Virsraksti un apraksti nedrīkst saturēt slēptu reklāmu, partneru vai reklāmas saites, veikalu saites, sociālo mediju reklāmu, surogātpastu, atslēgvārdu pārpildīšanu, slēptus kontaktus, trešo pušu zīmolu reklāmu bez faktiskas saistības vai citu darbību, kas nekalpo godīgam maiņas priekšmeta aprakstam. Saites ir atļautas tikai tad, ja Permutis tās ir skaidri atļāvis konkrētai funkcijai vai ja tās ir nepieciešamas drošībai, pierādījumam vai atbalstam.

    Images must show the actual offer or be clearly recognisable as a supplementary illustration. Users may only upload content for which they hold the necessary rights. Third-party product images without permission, stock photos presented as one’s own item, hidden contact information, personas dati, watermarks of other platforms or content that infringes third-party rights are not permitted.

  • Piedāvājumi, attēli un tiesības

    All offers ir aizliegti where possession, transfer, advertising, performance or swap is unlawful, unsafe or subject to special permits that the user cannot evidence. This includes in particular illegal goods or services, weapons, ammunition, hazardous substances, drugs, prescription or regulated medical products, counterfeits, stolen goods, personas dati, official documents, financial products, cryptocurrencies as swap content, sexual services, hate content, extremist symbols, animal trade, products relevant to species protection and products with safety risks.

    Permutis var block or restrict additional categories where abuse, legal risks, youth protection, product safety, platform integrity or community protection so require. In case of doubt Permutis var request evidence, hide an offer until clarification or remove it permanently.

  • Atsauksmes

    Match norāda savstarpēju interesi un automātiski neuzliek nevienai pusei pienākumu pabeigt maiņu. Pirms nodošanas lietotājiem jāprecizē visi būtiskie punkti: stāvoklis, apjoms, piederumi, vieta, laiks, drošības jautājumi, pakalpojuma īpatnības un vai abas puses vienādi saprot gaidas.

    For displaying, sorting and recommending possible swap partners, Permutis var use matching signals such as own offers, sought categories, wish lists, swipe decisions, radius, approximate location, language, region, reviews, security status, voluntary profile details such as age group or gender, and cookie and preference data, to the extent their use is permitted under privacy and cookie rules.

    Permutis nodrošina the technical platform and is not a party to the specific swap starp lietotājiem. Handover is at the users’ own risk. Users should prefer public, safe places, not share sensitive data unnecessarily and use the platform chat so that arrangements remain documented.

  • Matchi, tērzēšanas un izpilde

    Hochtausch izaicinājumi are a special game mode with additional rules. In Challenge V1 the following applies: exactly one challenge item against exactly one other item, no credits, no money, no extra items and no services. Only completed swaps confirmed by both sides count for progress, ranking or public challenge stories.

    Permutis var review challenge participation, remove invalid steps, correct rankings, exclude users from challenges or withhold stories where manipulation, sham swaps, pressure, impermissible counter-performance, multiple accounts or rule circumvention are apparent.

  • Hochtausch izaicinājumi

    Atsauksmēm vajadzētu help the community identify reliable swap partners. They must be truthful, factual, comprehensible and related to the specific completed swap. Aspects that may be rated include communication, punctuality, condition, handover and overall impression.

    Viltotas atsauksmes, purchased or coerced reviews, threats, pressure, retaliatory reviews, discriminatory statements, publication of personas dati and reviews of events that did not take place ir aizliegti. Permutis var hide, correct or remove reviews that breach rules or rights.

  • Administratora piekļuve

    Paid or credit-based platformas pakalpojumi concern only Permutis features such as visibility, active offer limits, boosts, AI support, credit packs, abonementi, Founders Club or the partner programme. These services are not a purchase price for user offers and do not create a right that a particular swap will take place.

    For some add-ons, additional digital services may be unlocked with credits, for example visibility, special placements, AI support or other clearly designated platform features. Such add-ons concern exclusively Permutis services and nedrīkst būt understood as payment to other users.

    Founders Club nav investīcija, nav dalības iegāde, nav vērtspapīrs, nav līdzdalība un nesatur garantētu vērtības pieaugumu. Founder priekšrocības ir platformas priekšrocības, kuru pieejamība, apjoms un ļaunprātīgas izmantošanas pārbaudes jāapraksta konkrēti attiecīgajā piedāvājuma informācijā.

    For abonementi, digital content, credit packs, boosts or other chargeable platformas pakalpojumi, term, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, immediate performance, app-store processing, payment providers and refund rules are described in the respective offer information. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

    Pirms maksas abonementa lietotājiem jāizmanto bezmaksas piedāvājums, lai pārbaudītu pamatfunkcijas, piedāvājumu izveidi, maiņas loģiku un lietojamību. Maksas abonements paredzēts paplašinātām platformas funkcijām un neaizstāj pašiem novērtēt, vai Permutis atbilst viņu lietošanas paradumiem.

  • Abonementi, papildinājumi, credits un Founders Club

    Consumers generally have a statutory atkāpšanās tiesības of 14 days from conclusion of the contract for chargeable platformas pakalpojumi concluded online, unless a statutory exclusion or an effective early lapse applies. Withdrawal concerns the contract for the platform service, not individual swaps starp lietotājiem.

    If the user expressly requests that Permutis provide the paid platform service immediately during the withdrawal period, and the user confirms that the atkāpšanās tiesības may lapse early upon full performance or use of the digital service, the atkāpšanās tiesības may lapse as provided by law. Use includes in particular creating or activating an offer under the paid subscription, using increased offer limits, a boost, using purchased coins/credits or retrieving other paid benefits.

    Checkout vajadzētu present this flow transparently: notice of withdrawal, active consent to immediate performance, confirmation of the possible loss of the atkāpšanās tiesības, withdrawal information, model withdrawal form and lasting contract confirmation.

    Mēneša un gada abonementi renew for the next billing period if they are not cancelled in time before the next charge, to the extent permitted under applicable consumer law. The concrete term, the next charge date and the cancellation option must be clearly displayed in the account or with the respective app store or payment provider.

    Izbeigšanai vajadzētu be received no later than 14 days before the next planned charge, whether for a monthly or annual subscription. If cancellation is received after that deadline, the next billing period may become due and cancellation takes effect only at the end of that next period, unless imperatīvās tiesības provides otherwise.

    For consumer abonementi concluded online, Permutis vajadzētu provide an easily findable electronic cancellation option. Where a subscription was concluded via an app store, cancellation may additionally or exclusively be required via that app store’s subscription management.

    Coins or credits are internal platform points for Permutis features, for example visibility, boosts, special placements, AI support or other clearly designated platformas pakalpojumi. They are not legal tender, not an e-money function, not a balance for user offers, not an investment, not a right to payout, and cannot be exchanged back into money or otherwise claimed as money.

Sniedzējs tādēļ nedrīkst deklarēt, ka piedāvājums tiek nodots tikai par coins, credits, naudu vai to kombināciju. Cits lietotājs var brīvprātīgi piedāvāt credits papildus īstam maiņas priekšmetam, bet maiņai jāpaliek apspriežamai bez obligāta credit prasījuma no piedāvājuma sniedzēja. No-Money noteikums pilnībā attiecas arī uz nopirkto vai nopelnīto credit paketēm.

    Purchased coins/credits are credited to the account after successful payment confirmation. Upon use for boosts, visibility, AI features or other digital platformas pakalpojumi they are considered consumed. Consumed coins/credits are generally not reversed once the service has been technically provided, unless mandatory patērētāju tiesības, error corrections or goodwill decisions require otherwise.

    As long as a purchased credit pack has not been credited, not been used and no immediate digital service has been expressly requested within the withdrawal period, consumers may withdraw under the statutory rules. Once the user expressly requests immediate provision, confirms the possible loss of the atkāpšanās tiesības and coins/credits are credited or used, the atkāpšanās tiesības may lapse early as provided by law.

    Permutis var review content automatically or manually, restrict or remove it, deactivate offers, hide chats, reduce visibility, warn, suspend or delete accounts where content breaches the law, šie noteikumi, community guidelines, security rules or the no-money rule. Lietotāji var ziņot suspicious content, messages, profiles or swaps.

    When reviewing, Permutis var consider context such as repetition, severity of the breach, risk to other users, deceptive intent, willingness to cooperate and legal duties. Obviously unlawful or dangerous content may be removed without prior enquiry.

  • Moderācija un ziņojumi

    Permutis nodrošina a technical platform and does not owe the conclusion, performance, quality or success of a swap starp lietotājiem. Permutis does not generally pre-screen offers and gives no warranty that user statements, identity, availability, condition, rights or performance capability of other users are complete or correct.

    Permutis liability is governed by imperatīvās tiesības. Liability for slight negligence may, where legally permitted, be limited to breaches of material contractual duties and foreseeable damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory claims remains unaffected.

    Permutis cenšas for stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, technical faults, third-party outages, app-store requirements, abuse prevention or force majeure may temporarily restrict features.

    Permutis var change, remove, limit or further develop features where required for security, legal, product, performance or abuse reasons. For material changes to chargeable platformas pakalpojumi, users should be informed appropriately.

  • Pieejamība, izmaiņas un drošība

    Lietotāji apliecina, ka viņiem ir nepieciešamās tiesības un viņi nepārkāpj trešo pušu tiesības. Ārējai reklāmai, presei, sociālajiem medijiem vai publiskām veiksmes stāstiem nepieciešama atsevišķa atļauja, ja nav likumīga pamata vai konkrētas piekrišanas.

  • Lietotāja satura tiesības

    Lietotāji var ziņot unlawful content, prohibited offers, safety risks, suspected fraud, rights infringements or rule breaches. Permutis vajadzētu review reports in a comprehensible manner, document appropriate measures and inform affected users of material decisions where required.

    Ierobežojumu, bloķēšanas vai satura noņemšanas gadījumā jānodrošina atbilstošs sūdzību ceļš, ciktāl to prasa likums vai tas ir praktiski iespējams. Ļaunprātīgi ziņojumi, nepamatotas sūdzības vai atkārtoti neattaisnoti ziņojumi paši var tikt uzskatīti par noteikumu pārkāpumu.

  • Turpmākie teksti

    Permutis var change šie noteikumi where features, legal requirements, security needs, app-store rules, technical processes or the business model change. Material changes should be communicated transparently, for example via tīmekļa vietne, app, email or in-app notice.

    Where required by law, changes take effect only after appropriate notice or consent. Already completed swaps remain unaffected by later changes unless imperatīvās tiesības provides otherwise.
